• Roofing Contractors: Lead qualification, estimate booking, follow-up sequences, and customer communication

Our Services include a team of 3 specialized AI agents that work 24/7 to automate operations, trained specifically on your business processes, products, and customer communication style.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract
• Operate a legitimate business in one of our supported industries
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable law

4. Account Registration and Security

Account Creation: To access our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

Account Security: You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Updating your account information to keep it accurate and current

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

• Review and approve AI-generated responses during the initial training period
• Monitor the AI's performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Ensure that your use of our Services does not violate third-party rights
• Not use our Services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI systems

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading business practices
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm customers or other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services

7. Payment Terms

Pricing: Our pricing is displayed on our website and may vary based on your industry, business size, and service level. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Billing: Services are billed monthly in advance on the date you subscribe. Payment is due immediately upon invoice receipt.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all fees incurred.

Late Payments: If payment is not received within 10 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the Services until payment is received.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Services after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Taxes: You are responsible for all sales, use, and other taxes associated with your use of our Services, excluding taxes based on our net income.

8. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 45-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are not satisfied with our Services within the first 45 days, you may request a full refund.

Eligibility: The guarantee applies to:

• First-time customers only (one per business)
• Requests made within 45 days of your initial payment
• Customers who have engaged in the onboarding process in good faith

Refund Process: To request a refund, contact us through our booking page. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

9. Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time with 45 days' written notice. Your access will continue through the end of the current paid billing period.

Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account has been inactive for more than 6 months
• We are required to do so by law
• Providing the Services to you is no longer commercially viable

Effect of Termination: Upon termination:

• Your access to the Services will cease
• We will provide a 30-day data export period for you to retrieve your data
• You remain responsible for all charges incurred before termination
• All provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

10. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data necessary to provide our Services, including customer communications, business information, and usage data.

Your Data: You retain all rights to your business data. We will not use your data for purposes other than providing and improving our Services, except as required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

Your IP: You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you provide to us. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Services.

License Grant: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

DISCLAIMER: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPEED2LEAD AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT
• ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICES

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Arbitration: Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Speed2Lead AI individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
